The pilot specialist program is small and deliberate. Three to four hours of your time across two weeks plus the rounds you already do. In return: a direct line to the team and a year of free use post-launch.

Eligibility

What we are looking for

CH 01 · SETTING

You see ward-round patients in a private hospital.

  • aurii is shaped around the private-hospital ward round, not the outpatient clinic.
  • A round of five to ten inpatients is where we exercise the full surface.
  • A solo procedural list works too if you have the round-style cadence around it.

CH 02 · PHONE

You carry the phone you already have.

  • aurii captures dictation and ambient through the phone in your pocket.
  • No separate microphone, no extra device on the round.
  • iOS and Android both supported. TestFlight and Play Store closed-testing for the pilot.

CH 03 · COHORT

You will join the validation cohort for aurii.ai.

  • Module 16 inferences pre-registration run only against the validation cohort.
  • Suggestions surface at decision points: next step, pathology auto-narrative.
  • You stay in control. Accept, edit, or dismiss. The audit trail records every decision.

CH 04 · FEEDBACK

You shape what ships next.

  • A direct line to the engineering team for the duration of the pilot.
  • Three short feedback windows over two weeks plus one face-to-face retrospective.
  • Your feature asks weigh on the v1.1 backlog.
The ask

Three to four hours across two weeks

  1. 01 · Pilot week minus one TestFlight install. MFA enrol. Cohort consent signed. ePrescribing strong-prescriber-auth onboarding kicked off where applicable.
  2. 02 · Pilot day one A full round on aurii. We observe in person or remotely. End-to-end: OCR label scan, ambient or dictation, billing capture, multi-recipient letters, take-home prescriptions.
  3. 03 · Pilot day one afternoon Thirty-minute retrospective. Honest critique encouraged.
  4. 04 · Pilot weeks two to three Three more rounds with a fifteen-minute feedback message after each.
In return

Recognition, not equity

  • Twelve months of free aurii post-launch.
  • Founding pilot acknowledgement (optional, opt-in).
  • First refusal on the clinical advisor role.
  • Direct line for feature asks during the pilot window.
